To coincide with her exhibition An Ordinary Eden Margaret Mitchell has self-published a special exhibition newsprint available exclusively through Street Level Photoworks.

The culmination of a long-term project which commenced in 2019, this new publication by Margaret Mitchell explores the importance of home and belonging. It is a story of experiences that remain hidden to most - of displacement, of instability, of a failure in society to adequately support our fellow humans. Through a series of sensitive portraits made with individuals in various parts of Scotland, 'An Ordinary Eden' offers an insight into the practical and psychosocial impact of past or current homelessness and the search for home and connection.
