Tom Hutton is a photographer and filmmaker based in Edinburgh, Scotland. His project Queer Intimacy is on show as part of the Street Level Open 2022.

Queer Intimacy follows my three queer flatmates during the Covid-19 lockdown in Edinburgh. The photo series displays queer relationships as intimate and playful, rather than overtly sexual or embroiled in heteronormative tropes. The zine opens with an overview of the work by Alan Cumming, and a closing essay on intimacy by Aaron Muldoon. - Tom Hutton
